Salad: Panzanella with sweet potato, brussel sprouts, and a maple-dijon vinaigrette.

Appetizer: Fettucine Cacio e Pepe with a tomato-cured egg yolk.

Entree: Filet Mignon with romanesco, green goddess mashed potatoes, and herb oil.

Dessert: House-made dessert.
