Chad Watson has been one of the most in-demand bass players in the Fox Valley for 20 years. He's played with many of your favorite local bands, including Noah's Arcade, Cattlepröd, The Heavy Lifting, Chanson du Chat and St. Malarkey.

As a member of Noah's Arcade, he has opened for Robert Randolph and the Family Band at Park West in Chicago, and with Cattlepröd he opened for the Old 97s at Two Brothers Summerfest in Aurora. After decades as an integral member of various ensembles, Chad is now stepping up to the microphone as a solo artist, sharing his own songs and his own voice.

With his textured vocals and blues-infused rock, Ed Gershon is a singer-songwriter who brings heart and soul to his live performances. The Chicago-based artist co-founded and led the eclectic rock band Butterfly In Traffic for over a decade. Now performing as a solo artist, Ed's intimate 2024 EP Solo & Acoustic features the single Street Lights. For the last day of Swedish Days, on our patio oasis, we have Two Girls One Guitar is a female duo that performs acoustic versions of crowd favorite songs across many popular genres. They cover songs by famous artists such as Lainey Wilson, Chris Stapleton, Adele, The Cranberries and more. They aim to play songs that many different ages can reminisce and relate to.

Don't let these 2 Daves fool ya. We're in for a treat tonight. These guys have been playing together for long enough that their witty repartee is on point!

So is their music. We're classifying it as Americana/roots, but it's a unique bluegrassy kinda sound.

She has been writing her own songs ever since she can remember, and covers music from musicians such as Olivia Rodrigo, Coldplay, and Fleetwood Mac, along with others.

She is so excited to be playing at Preservation, and knows it will be a good time for everyone!

Dave started this music program with us over 10 years ago, and yet every time he plays, it's new and different.

He has a style all his own. A little Bluegrass, a lot Americana and all Dave. Here in the Fox Valley, we claim him as one of our true original songwriters.

Saw the Old Fashioneds live last night at Sturdy Shelter Brewing in Batavia. It was the second time I’d seen them perform and they were amazing! Every song a hit, every guitar solo was killer and vocals by Pat and Marco just gorgeous. They are seasoned musicians with such chemistry after playing together for so many years. (25ish maybe? Must confirm) I heard them perform Norah Jones, Elvis, Fleetwood Mac, Tears for Fears, Shania Twain, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, I even remember some Flashdance, too! Check them out for sure! Great time!
