This year Chef Blaine is hankering for a warmer climate. He has been playing with Spanish ingredients and has concocted a menu just for restaurant week.
It includes:
Spanish chorizo, manchego and fig jam crostini
A Spanish cold bean salad
Gambas al ajillo (aka garlic shrimp)
And for dessert roquillas which are Spanish donuts.
