We’re warmed by watching friendships born and fostered here at Preservation, so we’re creating a special night with games and music where Chef Blaine can share the new dishes he’s been working on.

At 6:00, start with a Euro cheese board then a stuffed squash quinoa salad. The main dish will be a duck breast with a classic port wine sauce and brussel sprout with romesco sauce, finished off with a chocolate torte. The meal includes 3 wines paired by our resident sommelier/owner/friend, Lawrence Colburn.

Answer party questions to uncover information like "Which one of us is most likely to be found with a half-eaten burrito in our bed?"
