This is a special food & wine experience designed to share in local flavor and community involvement. Join us as we feature farm fresh vegetables, cured meats, lavish cheeses, local breads & bold red wines, all curated by Preservation owner and Sommelier, Lawrence Colburn.
Vegetables, honey, & herbs will be locally sourced and provided by Wanderin' Barefoot Farms
Breads provided by Publican Quality Breads
Desserts provided by Preservation baker Kristen Runyan
And one of our favorite musicians will be here to serenade the evening: Jim Green!
